Minn-Dakota Wind Farm stretches from 2 to 12 miles in a roughly WNW direction from Lake Benton, Minnesota. Commissioned in 2007, it consists of 100 GE Energy 1.5sle wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 150 MW.
64 of the turbines (96 MW) are located in Minnesota and 36 turbines (54 MW) are across the state line in South Dakota.
