Circa 1906-7 an unusual pair of semi-detached, surveyor built, houses showing up to date Birmingham Arts and Crafts details. Identical plan and build but with subtle variation of composition. Parallel garage approaches separate the 2 houses right back to the linked, gabled garage block at the front garden end. Two storeys and attics painted brick with decorative tile work and brick diapering.
