This is the worst place we ate at in Goa, the food is bad. Advice to people avoid this place and try out Brittos at Bagga not to far from here the food there is simply outstanding.

Thats Funny. Tuplips Bar Closed in March and didn't open again until Mid October.
I live right by it.
Has had a major refit of kitchen and it is very clean.

Tulips Bar is owned an run by my neghbours the Filinto family.
our familys have been neghbours for generations and i am sure that Evan&Jo who have posted the message above seem to have made a mistake.

I ate there a couple of times in December 2008. I thought the food was really good, the staff were lovely, very friendly and the restaurant and toilets were spotless.
