The College is Managed by Institute of Human Resource Development IHRD a Govt.of Kerala undertaking . Established in June 2010 and inaugurated by Sri.M.A.Baby , education Minister.Academic Block was constructed using Plan Fund of IHRD. Foundation stone was laid by Sri.V.S.Achuthanandan in 2011 and opened by Sri.P.Karunakaran , Member of Parliament on 30.9.2017, Kasaragod.Administrative Block was constructed using LAC-ADF of Sri,.E.Chandrasekharan , Kanhangad MLA and Revenue Minister Govt.of Kerala .Foundation stone was laid by Sri.Abdu Rabb , Education Minister in 2013. The Building was inaugurated by Sri.E.Chandrasekharan revenue Minister on 30.9.2017 At present 3 acres of land owned by Kannur University is utilised for the construction. Steps are taken for assigning more rvenue land .
