The Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace, Our Lady of EDSA (colloquially known as EDSA Shrine) is a small church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila located at the intersection of Ortigas Avenue and Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Quezon City.

The shrine was built in 1989 to commemorate the People Power Revolution of February 1986 and its peaceful outcome. Standing on the site of two peaceful demonstrations that toppled President Ferdinand Marcos in 1986 and President Joseph Estrada in 2001 (called EDSA II). It is officially titles are "Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace" and "Our Lady of Peace Quasi-Parish".

EDSA Shrine is part of the Ortigas Center, a complex of office buildings and commercial centers that occupy large tracts of land in portions of Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, and Pasig City. The Shrine was conceived by Archbishop Jaime Cardinal Sin, who was also instrumental in the 1986 Revolution, and inspired by the intercession of Our Lady of La Naval de Manila that led to several Spanish naval victories over the Dutch in the 17th century. The plot of land, where praying protesters and religious once faced government tanks in 1986, was donated by the Ortigas family.

Among the artists whose contributed works adorn the Shrine are Manny Casal, Ed Castrillo, Nemi Miranda, and Naitonal Artist for Sculpture Napoleón Abueva. Virginia Ty-Navarro executed the bronze statue of Our Lady, Queen of Peace that crowns the Shrine roof. Architect Francisco Mañosa handled architectural and structural design, with preparatory work from National Artist for Architecture Leandro V. Locsín and Architect William Coscolluela.
