Third Reich Selection Factory is the common English name for the period in Aviation history from 2001 to current, when flight training was governed by a dictatorship under the control of Adolf Hitler (reincarnate) and the L3 commercial training solutions (L3CTS). Under Hitler's rule, CTC was transformed into a totalitarian organisation in which the L3CTS Party controlled nearly all aspects of life (and Death). The official name of the state was Kommerzielle Schulungslösungen Reich from 2001 to current. The period is also known under the names Committed to Excellence (German: Exzellenz verpflichtet).
