-Where the Office of Northern Area Shop Manager are located, responsible for 4 other shops in the region, namely Penang (PG-66), Alor Setar (AS-31) in Kedah and also Ipoh (IP-07) and Taiping (TP) at Perak. The office beside are the office for Butterworth Regional Distribution Centre (BW RDC) and acted as hub/headquarters for Northern region, responsible for related matters, such as orders and payments, Northern delivery matters (Penang and Kedah - not including Bandar Baharu and also Perlis State which are delivered directly from HQ Central Warehouse in Petaling Jaya, Selangor) and so on.
-Opened in 18 September 2013, it is converted from BW RDC located at 10, Lorong Nagasari 4, Taman Nagasari, 13600 Perai which is just about 3.1 km nearby from here to Shoppe Plus with walk-in thru pick-and-pay concept which provide convenient and more accessibility to Amway Business Owners (ABOs) as well as general public and customers. It replaced the Walk-in Order Pick-up (WOP), Fax Order Pick-up(FOP) and Net Order Pick-up (WOP) which was previously done at BW RDC, while BW RDC remained as Delivery Hub responsible for delivery services, including Net Order Delivery (NOD), Walk-in Order/Fax Order Delivery (WOD/FOD) for Penang and Kedah (not including Bandar Baharu and also Perlis State which are delivered directly from HQ Central Warehouse in Petaling Jaya, Selangor). Those walk-in delivery services can be still made in this shop at the office in Mezzanine Floor (Upper Level).
-The second shop in Malaysia to use next generation modern futuristic shop design after Nusa Bestari (NB) in Johor Bahru, and those new shops launched after are to follow also.
-There are 6 counters (including 1 Diamond Priority Counter, 1 Express Lane for single order with not more than 5 items), 3 waiting chairs and 2 iPad Digital Kiosk and a Rating Machine beside the entrance, a marble table, cosmetics bar, eSpring Water Treatment System (WTS), ATMOSPHERE Air Treatment System (ATS) and ATMOSPHERE Sky in-car ATS demo units and also a Return Counter (for after-sales services, such as product return, product replacement and repair services) and store room nearby the shopping area.
-There are customized "man-made" Mezzanine Floor (Upper Level) inside the shop where the Northern Area Shop Manager Office and Staff Office are located. There are also a comfortable ABO Lounge with Diamond Reserved Seats and 8 normal desks+3 chairs each, 3 high desk+2 chairs each, a whiteboard and with eSpring Water Treatment System for the ABO and prospects to conduct their activities there. Online Station is available with Amway WiFi.
-With 10 cars parking lots with roof and motorcycle park and also a lot of parking lots around the shop.
