closed / former military, outpost (military)
Probably named after a site that was abandoned by a Chinese construction company who were scared off by insurgents. This base has existed since at leat 2010 with units from the American and Norwegian militaries being stationed there. At least after ISAF ceased combat operations in 2014, this base was operated by the Afghan National Army. The base was sieged from 11-13 August 2018 by about 1,000 Taliban fighters, eventually seizing the outpost from the 106 ANA soldiers stationed there after a lack of resupplies and reinforcements.
