Residence of the Air Force Officers of SAC,The name Chitralekha Complex owes its origin to the Chitralekha Film Editing Studio of Kerala State Film Development Corporation.The Old Studio Complex is retained to a certain extent as the Officers Mess.The building was designed by Padamashree Laurie Baker.Not many residents know that the house right opposite to the chitralekha complex belongs to Padmashree Adoor Gopalakrishnan, the award winning film maker/director.
