The ensemble was created in 2008 (headed by Darya Minkevich).
The team takes an active part in the cultural life of the town being the winner of municipal, regional, All-Russian, International festivals and competitions. It includes more than 70 participants. Every year the team is replenished with new members in the preparatory group.

In 2014, the Year of Culture, Grand Pas choreographic group was awarded the People's Amateur Group title.
Grand Pas choreographic group presented the diversity of its repertoire: classical, pop, and folk-styled dance. Every year, at the end of the creative season, Grand Pas choreographic group prepares summary concerts.
