The Playter Farmhouse stands at 28 Playter Crescent. It was constructed by John Playter, the neighbourhood's eponymous founding figure, and grandson of United Empire Loyalist officer George Playter, in the 1870's. It is the centerpiece of the Playter Estates neighbourhood.
