BDA encroched raja nalla (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು Bangalore- The Garden City of India)

This is in realily a raja nala called as - MARAVE HALLA -
BDA and government crib that people and developpers encroch the rajanallas but here goverment has made the raja nalla as a road connecting to BTM IV stage which is again built on water logged area.
