This residential apartment is one of the earliest landmarks in Tiruvanmiyur. Promoted by a gentleman builder Mr Marianathan, this was a long project in those days being built (brick by brick and purchaser by purchaser) for about five years from 1987 to 1991. Many owners and other residents have developed a passion towards this apartment. A few owners made a handsome profit by selling their units in the real estate boom time. The apartment also lost valuable vacant space twice when the East Coast Road was expanded. A third attempt is staring, with an unfortunate possibility of the whole front portion being demolished.
