Center Parc Stadium is a football stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, home of the Georgia State Panthers football and soccer teams since 2017.
It was constructed from July 1993 to July 1996 as the 85,000-seat Centennial Olympic Stadium and served as the main stadium for the 1996 Summer Olympics and the 1996 Summer Paralympics, hosting the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and Athletics events. After the Games, much of the north end of the stadium was removed in order to convert it to its permanent use as a baseball stadium for the Atlanta Braves. After the Olympics, the stadium was renamed Turner Field. Its capacity had been reduced to 50,100. It served as the Braves' home until the 2016 season, after which they relocated to Sun Trust Park in Cobb County, about 10 miles to the north.
After the Braves vacated, the stadium was re-purposed for a second time, for the use of the Georgia State Panthers as a home for their football and soccer programs. Much of the structure of Turner Field was left intact, but most of the seats (mostly the upper deck) are not open for seating. Capacity of the new stadium is 24,333.
