Patu Wind Farm is located to the west of North Klondike Road about 4 miles (6 km) NNE of Wasco, Oregon. Commissioned in 2010, it consists of 6 GE Energy 1.5xle wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 9 MW.

The name "PáTu," which means snowfields, comes from local Native America legends involving nearby Mt. Adams. In the native legends, the snowfields of Mt. Adams were the source of all life and energy, and PáTu (Mt. Adams) and Wy'East (Mt. Hood) were brothers.
