The house was purchased for approx RH$8000.00 in 1976-ish, and extended in approx 1977/8. There was at that time a factory in the garage manufacturing toy cars from old paint-tin misprints, a Humber Snipe and a Ford Galaxy rotting around the back, and the beginnings of a water feature in the front garden, as far as I know, never completed. The resident family left the country in 1980. I believe the property may have been sold, but not certain when, how or to whom.
