Grand Mall is the largest and most visited shopping center in Varna. It has a supermarket, Arena cinema as well as Zara and many other stores. It is located just outside Varna's bus station. The mall is part of even bigger project including three office towers but due to the economic crisis and the end of the real estates boom in Bulgaria this part wass "on hold" until 2018 when it was announced they will be build. THe actual construction is expected to start later this year.
