Former Pfohe Mall, then Outlet Center Varna, then for a couple of years only Wing B was partly functioning - there is a bank, bar, few fashion stores, cafe, dance studio, children DayCare & few more. In 2017 the new owners "Hidrostroi" bought the biulding and took back the rights to the name "Mall Varna". In 2020 the building was sold to KBC group and it's now called KBC business center and the bar was closed and reconstructed for more office spaces.
