Art community center with classes, run by the City of Oakland. Part of the original ten-acre parcel belonging to the Ladies Relief Society, which also includes the present day Matilda Brown Home, the private children's Park Day School, the Temescal Pool and part of Oakland Tech HS. Studio One is located where the society ran an orphanage.
