Designed by Wirt Roland in 1925 who also designed the neighboring Guardian Building. This building is located above what was once the Savoyard Creek which was covered and made into a sewer line. The Savoyard Club opened on the 28th floor in 1928 but like many private clubs in the city was forced to close in 1994 due to declining membership.
