The McBride Lake wind farm is located west of Highway 810 about 11-17 km SSW of Fort MacLeod, Alberta, Canada. Completed in 2003, it consists of 115 Vestas V47/660 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 75.9 MW.
Note of interest: 114 of the 115 turbines are located west of Highway 810. Only 1, presumably the first one (McBride Lake East, constructed in 2001) is located east of the highway.
