The ABS-CBN Horizon IT Park is a state-of-the-art production hub and facility of ABS-CBN. It is owned by ABS-CBN Corporation, operated and managed by ABS-CBN Studios, Inc. Sitting on a 7.7-hectare property in San Jose del Monte, the production hub finally opened its doors for the first time to give a glimpse of its first two world-class sound stages. The area also includes parking spaces, storage, visitors center, offices and other facilities. The cost of the project is estimated to be between ₱6 to 7.5 billion. Two soundstages are located inside the park, with Phase 1 finished. It consequently became known as Phase 1A (includes the EL3 stage, named after ABS-CBN chairman emeritus Eugenio “Gabby” Lopez III, who spearheaded the project, and Stage 2 known as Breezeway Production Building), with the remaining unfinished part being called Phase 1B.

Studios located in the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in South Triangle, Quezon City will transfer here as the ABS-CBN studios and headquarters will be demolished by the Lopez family.
