5-story Neo-Grec residential building originally completed in the 1870s as a townhouse. In 1926 a 2-story, projecting commercial storefront was installed, faced in beige-painted smooth stucco. The ground floor has double wood-and-glass doors in the center for the restaurant occupying the commercial space, flanked by a pair of wall lanterns and covered by a red canvas canopy. Two additional wood-and-glass doors are in the end bays. The 2nd floor has a band of five windows framed in black metal, with a wider center pane that is segmental-arched, flanked by narrower round-arched panes. A metal cornice caps the commercial base.

The upper floors, three bays wide, are set back and faced in lighter beige stucco. The windows at each floor have brown-painted surrounds with bracketed sills and cornices. A brown metal fire escape zig-zags down the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets, modillions, and panels. The restaurant space is occupied by Frankie & Johnnie's Steakhouse.
