150-foot, 12-story Neo-Gothic office building completed in 1911. Designed by Rouse & Goldstone, it has a grey brick midsection, with a 2-story white-painted limestone base, and a white-painted 2-story stone crown. The main facade is five bays wide, with narrower end bays. Those on the ground floor have twin entryways, with glass transoms set under shallow arches and trios of Gothic pointed-arches, highlighted with gold paint. In the middle are modernized storefronts topped by spandrels featuring golden rows of alternating shields and wreaths. At the 2nd floor the three middle bays end in segmental-arches, and are divided by slender pillars with gold bottoms and tops into three windows each. The end bays have recessed square-headed window openings. At the mid-level of the 2nd floor each pier is decorated by a gold shield. The base is capped by a cornice with a row of gold rosettes, projecting out at the piers, which extend up into the 3rd floor, rotated to 45-degree angles and topped with gold pinnacles. Between each pier at base of the 3rd floor is a black metal railing.
The brick upper floors have three windows in each middle bay, divided by wide, black iron mullions, and single-windows in the end bays. The spandrels have patterned brickwork. At the 10th floor the piers are overlayed with slender projecting sections set at 45-degree angles, supporting the piers at the top two floor, which fully project from the facade. The three main bays at the top floor have segmental-arches, and the roof line is decorated by elaborate carved stone ornament, with triangular caps to the piers just breaking the roof line.
The east elevation is clad in white brick, with two bays of single-windows at the front, and several bays of smaller paired windows further back. The ground floor is occupied by The Liberty NYC restaurant, and Four Seasons Nail & Spa.
