This strip mall currently houses the businesses, Neighborhood Dental and Sioux Empire Real Estate.

Before this building was constructed, the land was occupied by a drive inn which had operated from this location for decades. The drive inn's name was the Paper Plate Drive Inn before it was purchased and operated under the name Fat Daddy's. Fat Daddy's was a combined drive inn diner and bakery. Fat Daddy's was the last business to operate out of the old drive inn building before it was demolished to make room for the strip mall.
