The Mission of the Sisters of Destitute:
* To serve the mentally handicapped women and promote their full development, irrespective of race, caste, creed and community
* To train these mentally handicapped women in the practical activities of daily living and help them become useful citizens
* To provide a home for unwanted or destitute women who are mentally sick and helpless
*To train the mentally handicapped individual for sustaining life
