The Whittlesey / McCain wind farm is located at / near the McCain chip plant in Whittlesey, just east of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England. While now considered to be just one 'farm' the southern turbine was originally built for the Abbey Group, in their yard; the northern 3 turbines were built to provide power for the McCain plant. The farm consists of 1 Vestas V90/1800 (commissioned in 2008) and 3 Vestas V90/3000 (2007) wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 10.8 MW.
