3-story mercantile building completed in 1878. All three floors are framed by red brick outer piers that rise above the roof line. The ground floor has entrances to the upper floors at both ends and a metal-and-glass storefront in between. The upper floors have large-paned show-windows, with each floor divided by green metal spandrels. It was formerly occupied by Solowey's Restaurant.

The ground floor is occupied by A&H Food Plaza, with Slick Nail Spa on the 2nd floor.
