537 Peachtree Street. Historic house. One of 3 left on Peachtree Street. Designed by E.C. Seiz for Rufus M. Rose, a founder of the Four Roses Distillery.

Former home of the Atlanta Museum (NOT the better known Atlanta History Center in Buckhead). The Atlanta Museum was part antique store, part curiosity shop & part museum here until very recently.

Amongst its more notable artifacts was a more or less intact Japanese A6M "Zero" fighter (w/Sakae engine) that languished away outdoors in the fenced backyard for many years. After awhile it vanished, though some rumors have it being sold to a warbird collector in Florida.
