4-story office building completed around the 1860s as a store-and-lofts building. The 3-bay facade is clad in red-painted brick above the modernized storefront. The center window at the 2nd floor has been replaced by a metal door, and a grey-green iron fire escape covers most of the facade. The 3rd & 4th floors have green-painted band courses running above the windows, and the facade is topped by a green metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Citywide Gift.
