It commenced on August 21, 2007 for a period of 12 years ending August 20, 2019. It is 100% owned by Kareevlei Mining (Pty) Limited, which is a subsidiary of Bluerock Dimaonds after they acquired Dimaond Resources (Pty) Limited which was a subsidiary of Tawana Resources NL.
