This above mentioned guest block which is located at Swami Sivananda Estate, spread over the 100 acres of land, is managed by Swami Sivananda Memorial Trust. It is very much adjacent to Swami Sivananda Centenary Charitable Hospital and on the Pattamadai – Kanyakumari Road. There is a future plan for Swami Sivananda Ashram for the south in this 100 acres of land.

Swami Sivananda Estate where the guest block is located is very near to many pilgrim centres like Kanyakumari, Tiruchendur, Papanasam, Courtalam (Water falls), Madurai, Rameswaram etc., The Panoramic view of Western Ghat Mountains and it’s breeze, idyllic environment and the salubrious climate adds to the beauty of the place.

One room with attached bath room and kitchen costs Rs.1,00,000 exclusive of extra fittings. There will be many single 6 block units in the guest block project of Swami Sivananda Estate to house many devotees of Gurudev to form a spiritual family.
