park, nature preserve
Hackberry Gully Regional Park is a land preservation project that began in January 2016. The plan for the park property is to add road access via Langston Boulevard and then develop many park amenities along with preservation activities, and improve water drainage in the city. The city of Mont Belvieu has already purchased the property and considers it to be parkland.
