4-story residential building completed in sometime in the mid-1800s. It is clad in grey-painted brick above ground-floor storefronts. The east facade has three bays of windows, and the north elevation spans eight bays, with the easternmost spaced further apart from the rest. All the windows have painted stone sills; those on the 2nd & 3rd floor have white metal cornices, while the top floor's windows have white stone lintels. A narrow white string course runs above the top-floor windows on both facades. Above, the roof parapet has a metal coping and metal railing around the roof deck. The north facade has three black metal fire escapes. The ground floor is occupied by World of Exotics, and Chelsea Wine Cellar.
