4-story Greek-revival/Italianate residential building completed in the late 1840s as a set of three rowhouses with a common storefront cornice and Greek Revival doorways. The 3-bay exterior is clad in red-painted brick above a modern ground-floor storefront. The windows have black-painted sills. A black metal fire escape runs down the southern bay and is shared with the north bay of the neighboring building. The facade is crowned by a black metal modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Bar Veloce wine bar.
