The five-storey house at first glance seems quite desolate and abandoned. But in fact the house habitable, although part of the first floor occupied grocery store and children's art circles. The building was built in 1927 in the style of constructivism.
The common people high-rise building called the House komhoza (public utilities), and basically lived there-metal workers. The building is listed as monuments. But in spite of such high status, it is colorful and reminiscent of a bright rainbow. The first floor has a yellow tint, top - pink, and can be seen on the balconies of brown, green, white and even burgundy color. It was built by the famous architect Michael Anichkina, who was also involved in the design of houses in the central part of the capital.
