Statue of Guy's Hospital's namesake. Located in the courtyard in front of Old Guy's House. A Grade II listed statue.

Guy is represented standing and dressed in a livery gown. Set into each of the four faces of the pedestal is a brass panel: that on the front carries the dedicatory inscription; that on the rear a cartouche bearing the hospital's armorial bearings. The left- and right-hand panels have reliefs showing respectively archetypal scenes of healing and charity. On the left is Christ at the Pool of Bethesda and on the right The Good Samaritan. The pedestal is enclosed within mid-18th-century wrought-iron railings. The statue: Thomas Guy (1644 - 1724). The reliefs: Christ at the Pool of Bethesda (John 5: 1-15); The Good Samaritan (Luke 10: 30-37).
