This Property originally belongs to Late Faizula Khan. Construction was intended to have commercial place like shopping center etc. Fizula was shot down in Arrora Tower, Pune. After his murder property gone under litigation and half way construction stopped. At present this property is illegally encroached by Ajit Lonkar brothers with the help of local powers like politician, municipal & police support. Many of the illegal businesses are carried in this area.
