4-story residential building completed around the 1870s as a townhouse. It is clad in red brick, three bays wide. There was originally a stoop and parlor-floor entrance, but it has been replaced by a street-level doorway framed by black pilasters. The windows have black stone sills and cornices. A black metal fire escape covers the top two floors, and the facade ends is a plain brick parapet. There is also a rear building at the back of the lot.
