Originally built in 1960 by Lt. Col V.B. Jadhav, it was one of the first bungalows in this area. It was home to Pramila Jadhav, a prominent citizen, for 40 years. It now belongs to her daughter, Leela Scindia, and is also home to Dr. Deepak Scindia, Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Jaya Scindia, and Ameya, along with Pluto.
