Originally known as the Clean Building, DLSU's new research facility at its Laguna Campus.

The building will have 4 floors and a roof deck with a total floor area of 4,265 square meters. It will also consist of laboratories for courses in Human Biology, Molecular and Cellular Bilogy, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Physics, Industrial Engineering, and Industrial Ecology. Also to be housed are other programs which require high-level visualization and performance computing. It will also house sensitive equipment for testing and “clean / specialized rooms" for dust-free tests, vibration-proof equipment and experiments involving bio-hazards, etc. Its exterior design is based on the basic lines of the DNA strand for incorporated energy efficient technology.

This is named after its donor, Dr. George S.K. Ty, chairman of Metrobank Group.
