The villa including the name of the architect is unknown is built in 1895 for Prosper Marie Petit-Bergonz, confessed the tribunal de grande instance of the Seine, near Paris. It was transformed in 1968 by the architect D.P.L.G. Jean Claude Borgogno of Eze. Ruined by a fire, the villa was rebuilt around 1998. Was on the market in 2013 for 39.5M euros.
