  Due to their carelessness I lost my mother and my father lost his right limb. They are primarily money-minded and didn't start the treatment unless the advance amount was paid. The doctors too were not active. My father now also has poor memory problem due to lack of proper treatment. I kindly advice people not to undergo any treatment at gokulam hospital.

  Please don't go there, the treatment and care is very worst nurses (nursing students) are not compassionate or caring for the patients. The nurses are flirting with other male nurses, playing and joking, is it a hospital or some recreational club??, no cleaning ladies(ayyas) would come to help the patient, my mom wet her bed, and she waited for more than 4 hrs to get cleaned up, the nurse in IC room did not allow my family member to clean my mom. Ayyas were complaining that they are not getting paid. The hospital is not able to provide bed sheet to cover my mom in the ICU even when she is shivering because of the AC. But they get each day around 5 thousand for IC unit. My mom became unconsicious during the dialysis because of low pressure, the lady who did the dialysis did not tell us how serious was my mom's condition ,if she had told that my mom needs medical attention immediately, we could have saved her. Did she really complete any dialysis course? That lady told my mom would be all right if she took some rest, something went wrong in the dialysis, next morning my mom died due to blood loss through her fistula in the neck, I should not say she died immediately, she actually went to deep coma that we came to know later. We called the ambulance. The horrible and cruel thing is the ambulance person does not even know if the person is in coma or dead, they announced my mom is dead and packed her in an ice box while she was in coma, she actullay died after 6 hrs ,we heared some sound from my mom 4 hrs after she pronounced dead by the ambulance persons, so we called a local doctor from our town to check my mom, he told she had very low heart beat at that time, ARE YOU GUYS HUMANBEING??? Go and get some proper training, if it had happened in the western world , the hospital and doctors would be severely punished.
