  • Last night when I wanted to pay some bills by cheques they were not accepting but insisted for cash only. Only one or two counters were functioning, and the remaining four or five were mentioning " server down" They asked me to come tomorrow after 8 AM Earlier the services were available all 24 hours, and I do not no when the timings have changed. Can any of the authorities respond.
