Fair Lane - Home of Clara & Henry Ford (Dearborn, Michigan)

Last home of Henry Ford and place of his death in 1947. The original boundaries of the estate included over 2600 acres and extended north of Ford Road, east to Greenfield and south to Outer Drive.

The adjacent Ford Motor Headquarters was built in 1956, but much of the land remained vacant until the 1970s when Ford Motor Land Development began constructing office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and residential units.
