Built in 1983 as a new wing of the Hotel Syracuse, when it was known as The Hilton at Syracuse Square. The building was severed from the hotel and sold to separate developers in 2012, for conversion to an apartment complex named Symphony Towers, but the project never started, it ended up tied up in litigation for years. It was finally opened in 2024 as Symphony Place
