Kodur(Konaseema of Rayalaseema)by Raghavendra Raju Dasaraju (Rly Kodur Town)This place is famous for fruit orchards and is full of greenary and that is why it is called konaseema of rayalaseema. There is fruity research station just 2km from the town of kodur. There is also the world's largest barytes mine further down the same road near Mangampeta. This place is at the foot hills of Eastern ghats. This is a beautiful place to visit which is surrounded by mango gardens,banana and papaya plantations.
