Part of the Imperial Palace Gardens.

Open to the public (Free). Closed Mondays and Fridays, occasionally on other days. A large park with a variety of ponds, gardens, and plantings. Massive stone walls are all that remain of the shogun's palace. Access: Otemon Metro station.

  • This part of the park is open to public. most people call it East Garden
  • You can visit East Gardens free of charge. There is a tiny museum there. It may display items from the imperial collection, or something else. On March 23, 2008 they had paintings/pictures of Mount Fuji.
