This is the SaskTel Lorne Street location, housing most of the Customer Service and Line/installation folks.

Originally the site of the second Knox Presbyterian (later Knox United) Church. The original church site on 11th Avenue and Scarth Street was sold to the federal government in 1905, where the old post office now stands. This church was damaged by the Regina Cyclone in 1912 but repaired.

The church stood until 1951, when its congregation merged with Metropolitan United Church on Victoria Avenue and Lorne Street to form the Knox-Metropolitan United Church. This church was then vacated and demolished.
