The ranch was owned by Harry Wentworth until he died in 1928. The same year, Wentworth's wife sold the ranch and cattle to James "Jim" Converse from Texas, who also purchased the Las Cebadillas Ranch (now the Tanque Verde Ranch) in 1928. In the 1960's, the land was developed as a residential area.
